I am in love with this dress. I am 34-28-36 and though I usually go with a size small, I went with a medium as I did not want it to be too tight around my waist. The medium is still very flattering to my form! The fabric is light and soft. I got the true holiday blue and the eco black. I did have to adjust the neck line of the holiday blue as it was larger than the other. Additionally- I did have to trim some length from the bottom of the dress as I am 5'4" and I had so much dragging on the floor. No sewing required though- the hem of this dress is unfinished anyways and if you give it a stretch after cutting it holds fine just like an altered t-shirt. I'd really love to see this dress offered in a true eggplant or spinach/kale green :)

I love these dresses. I own two and I'm plan on getting more. I wear the dresses all the time. The most comfortable thing in the world. I'm glad I found Alternative Apparel.

"I am on my way to owning this dress in every color that they offer. It's an amazing style that is well made and very comfortable. I have two, one in Eco Black and the other in Eco True Military. The Military color is a little closer to blue than a traditional fatigue green. It seems to need a little more care when it comes to wrinkles but it is hardly an issue. The Black on the other hand, is the sort of fabric that you can wad up in a ball and stuff in a bag and barely have it crease. So it's an amazing travel piece. My husband loves me in these dresses and is keen that I purchase more. It's a very comfy fit but not at all frumpy and hits all the good spots just right.
I am 5'8"" and they just skim the floor after washing (not drying). I'm 125 lbs and I usually wear a size small but like most things by alternative apparel, medium fits perfectly."
