A: If you order a backordered item, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive the item into inventory. If you have multiple backordered items, these will not ship until all have been received into stock. As a courtesy, Alternative does not charge shipping for backordered items.

A: Alternative accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express – sorry, we do not accept Discover at this time.

A: All individual orders are shipped using FedEx. Please click here to view shipping options and rates.

A: We do not require signature for residential deliveries; FedEx will leave packages at your home. You are able to request a signature at an additional charge.

A: We’re sorry – FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

A: We ship internationally excluding select countries in South America, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please contact one of our knowledgeable Product Specialists at 888.481.8339 (U.S.) to see if your country qualifies.

A: Orders can be picked up from our headquarters in Norcross, GA. Please click here for address and directions to this location. We do not offer customer pick-ups from any other location at this time. Alternative only accepts money orders and credit cards for customer pick-ups.

A: Most of our garments are to be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on medium heat – you will find these washing instructions listed on the garment tag. If our garment requires special washing, this info will be listed in the item’s description in our online store.

A: Our garments come in multiple fits – perfect fit, regular fit, etc. You will find the garment’s fit listed in the product description in our online store. Please click here to see fits, sizes, and measurements for our apparel.

A: Unisex items are designed to be worn for both men and women. Unisex items will likely be a true fit for men and an oversized fit for women. Please click here to determine which size will be correct for you.

A: All of our women’s gauze items are one size fits most (OSFM). Our one size fits most is designed for medium builds; our gauze material has excellent stretch and recovery properties, so these items will be perfect for smaller and larger sizes, too.

A: We do not have any retail stores at this time. However, we offer you at-home convenience with our website, which you can use to place an order 24 hours a day. We also offer free return shipping on any order if you aren't completely satisfied.
