PLEASE NOTE: The return information listed below is for consumer (or “individual”) customers only. If you have a wholesale account, please click here to review your guidelines for making a return.

We want you to love our stuff as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund. Return shipping is absolutely free.*

Please note the following limitations:

  • Items must be returned within 45 days of purchase. (See terms and conditions below.)
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  • All sales are final on overstock items.

How To Return Items to Alternative in 3 Simple Steps:

  1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. Please use your packing slip as the return form with the item(s) you are returning. If the original box is not available, you can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box.
  2. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes, or stickers on the corrugated box from previous shipments, please remove them at this time.
  3. Attach the return label we included with your order to your box. Once you’ve done this, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.

You will receive a credit posted to your credit card once it is received and checked in by our warehouse. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive your credit.

*Free return shipping is only provided for orders within the United States. If you wish to return merchandise internationally, you must pay to return the item(s) to us.
