Yes we can. You must select FedEx Smart Post as the shipping method. We ship all ground orders via FedEx Smart Post which means that your local post office will deliver your shipment to your door. We cannot ship 2nd. Day or Next day orders to a P.O. box. Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. boxes in Alaska or Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we do not ship personal orders internationally at this time, or accept credit cards with international billing addresses. We do however work with international retailers. To learn of possible retailers in your area please e-mail email@example.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for directions on how to return your item(s) back to Alternative.
It takes approximately 4-7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider. If you wish to make an exchange, please return the unwanted items along with the completed return form that will be included in your shipment. We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking, as Alternative is not responsible for lost shipments. For more information please see our Returns & Exchanges page.
EXCHANGES: The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.

Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Care instructions are noted on each product page in the upper right corner. Hover over each icon to view specific instructions. Care instructions are also listed on the garment tag.
Our garments come in multiple fits, including regular fit, slim fit, relaxed fit, etc. A sizing guide is available for each product. Alternative items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.

This number does not correlate to a specific style number of our products.
