How Can I View the Status of My Order?
Log into My Account. From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity, check order status, view all account options, and update your account information.

Can You Ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes we can. You must select Standard Shipping as the shipping method. We cannot ship 2 Day or Overnight orders to a P.O. Box. Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in Alaska or Hawaii.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship personal orders internationally at this time, or accept credit cards with international billing addresses. We do however work with international retailers. To learn of possible retailers in your area please e-mail email@example.com.
Do I Have to Sign For My Shipment When It Arrives?
What if I didn't receive my package?
Please notify us within 7 days of the supposed delivery date indicated on your tracking in order to be considered for replacement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is Your return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund. Returns and exchanges are available for most purchases. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Long Does the Returns Process Take?
It takes approximately 4-7 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit back to your original card may take an additional 4-7 business days depending on your provider. The entire process will take approximately 2 weeks. For more information please see our Returns & Exchanges page.
How Can I Make an Exchange?
If you wish to make an exchange, please use the prepaid shipping label to return the unwanted items along with the completed return form that will be included in your shipment. Alternative is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form enclosed.
Please make a note of the tracking number from your shipping label and keep it for your records. We are not liable for returned packages without the tracking number should the shipment get lost in transit.
EXCHANGES: The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.
I Received an Item That is Damaged, What Should I Do?
If we've sent you a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately at 877.747.2915 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a Customer Service Representative will assist you with a resolution.
What Are the Care Instructions For Your Garments?
Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Care instructions are noted on each product page in the upper right corner. Hover over each icon to view specific instructions. Care instructions are also listed on the garment tag.
How Do Your Sizes Work?
Our garments come in multiple fits, including regular fit, slim fit, relaxed fit, etc. A sizing guide is available for each product. You can view it by clicking "View Sizing Guide" on the right side just above "Add to Cart". Please view our full Size & Fit Guide to view all fits, sizes, and measurements for our apparel.
Should I Expect Any Shrinkage?
Alternative items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.
What Kind of Fabrics Do You Use?
We use an assortment of fabrics and materials to produce our super-soft apparel and accessories. Fabric types are listed on the left hand side of each category page. Are you Fair Trade Certified?
We do not do our own manufacturing, we outsource this across multiple vendors and countries internationally. For us to claim Fair Trade certification on our various products, our manufacturing partners must be certified as Fair Trade. While we are currently not working with vendors that are certified Fair Trade manufacturers, we are looking into how we can add these partners to our manufacturing roster in the future.
How Can I Locate a Product With the RN #98269 Printed On the Label?
A registered identification number or RN is a number issued by the Federal Trade Commission to a business residing in the U.S. that is engaged in the manufacture, importing, distribution, or sale of textile, wool, or fur products. This number does not correlate to a specific style number of our products. If you cannot locate the style you are looking for on the website, please contact an Alternative Customer Service Representative at email@example.com or call 877.747.2915.
Do You Sell Gift Cards?
We offer virtual gift cards that can be purchased in the amounts of your choice that can be used in both our on-line and retail locations. Follow this link to our Gift Card Page.
Do You Have a Wishlist?
We offer the ability to add items to your wishlist as you shop and then to forward to your friends and family members to purchase for birthdays, graduation, holidays, or any other special occasion. When you are viewing products simply click on the the small heart shaped icon to the left of the Add To Cart button and add to your wishlist. You can manage your Wishlist by logging into My Account and selecting Wishlist.
